Then, they tell you 1-2 days to send an invoice but then dont send it and they have only a 30 day return policy! Avoid and shop on Zappos.com instead! Upon trying to check out with $120 worth of shoes, I went to the payment processing screen of the website to pay. On their website currently, any order over $65 ships free. This was not reflected in my cart. I live chatted with CS and was told to call them instead. I called, talked to a lady, was put on hold 3 times and then transferred to another new lady to restart the whole process over again. After this, I hung up directly and cancelled my order. This was directly a website issue which they stated, but waiting 15 minutes for a $7 promo code so I could check out quickly, proved to be too much for this company. Take your money elsewhere. P.S., if corporate sees this review, I would love to have a chat….
