To make shopping easier during this busy time of year, weveextended the amount of time you have to make returns. For items purchased between 10/15/22 and 12/31/22,you have until 1/15/23 to make a return with free return shipping and receive a full refund. Thisincludes fur, watch and jewelry purchases. For items purchased after 12/31/22, please refer to ourregular return policy below.Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt. To ensure your item iscovered by our free return policy, returns must be initiated within 14 days of the ship date. Returnsinitiated after 14 days will have a $9.95 return charge deducted from your refund. Full-pricedmerchandise, with the exception of furs, watches and jewelry, received after 30 days will be creditedbased on the current selling price. Returns of furs, watches and jewelry items will not be acceptedafter 30 days. All other merchandise can be returned up to one year after purchase. Unfortunately, wecannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items. We recognize that returnsare important to our customers. If the order does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.
If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The order will be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We will inform you when the order is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
