This Company Is So Dodgy
This company is so dodgy. On the face of it, you think a professional designer, right? Wrong! The biggest bunch of crooks! I ordered some shoes on 31st October 2021, and 3 weeks later no shoes or email. I emailed customer service and heard nothing. Emailed again and got a response saying they will look into it. Another week went by and I emailed to say I was fed up of their attitude so I wanted a refund. Nothing. Wrote 2 more emailsnothing.I paid for the goods through PayPal thankfully, so I lodged a complaint with them and managed to get my money back. I will never purchase a Steve Madden product, ever again. A frustrating, unprofessional and terrible experience. I only gave one star as trustpilot would not let me leave a review if I didnt award a star .

This morning I ordered a pair of over knee boots in size uk 8. Then when I received my confirmation of order it said size uk 3, I emailed customer services immediately to let them know of the error, I received an automated response that didnt answer my questions. So I emailed again and same automated message was sent. The next one I received off them was to say my money had been received and that my order was shipped. Still in a size 3! Im so disappointed and there customer care is shocking. So now I will have to wait for it to arrive only to send it back again, lucky I paid through pay pal and I wont let this go without a resolve, I know 100 percent I ordered my actual size, so beware when ordering from this sight people.

Then that person are receiving the two pairs of shoes back. If you are not in the Netherlands and you buy from another country, I recommend that Don’t do it, I contacted Steve Madden in Canada, they told me that I should only contact Steve Madden Europe, they tried and tried to communicate but is not answer. Dont buy in this company. They dont answer never. And so complicated to return the shoes.
