Shoes Don’t Fit Cause Pain Not True To Size
I have worn European shoes all my life. I ordered the unisex sized at 39 and they are enormous. Do not fit a European woman’s foot. I am elderly, cannot afford to return them because they charge me and so does UPS. My feet are cold in just my thick socks this winter.

I would give zero stars if possible. My mother purchased a pair of shoes for me for Christmas . I had tried the exact shoe on at a store to be sure of the size. The shoes received from the Dodds however did NOT fit and they did not have a size that would fit. The return policy is 30 days but most stores are lenient around Christmas, instead they would only offer me a store credit . I agree that the shoes must be factory seconds or closeouts. They had the rudest customer service also. Save yourself the trouble and order from Amazon.

Horrible Christmas Shopping Experience
We had the worst Christmas shopping experience with Dodd’s. First they unilaterally stopped our online order, because they incorrectly believed for some unfathomable reason that the order was fraudulent. They did not contact us or the credit card company. When we finally called to inquire what the status of our order was, they told us they halted the order because they thought it was fraudulent, but admitted they didn’t contact us – but they did send us an e-mail, which our spam filter prevented from getting through. So then they told us they could put an expedite on it for an extra $7 dollars S/H – which we thought was not fair. So we asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was extremely unhelpful and intransigent, and said that they preferred to err on the side of caution. He couldn’t give us an answer about why, if they thought it was fraudulent, they didn’t contact us or the credit card company. Then he told us, that if we wanted to expedite it, it would cost us an additional $30 S/H. We thought they should cover the S/H themselves, but they refused. I honestly think it was a trick to squeeze more money out of us. I wonder if other people are having the same problem with them?

I have to say that I love Dodds Shoe Co. I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now and I am so happy with my purchase every time. The customer service is wonderful and very helpful and my package gets to me very quickly. Not many companies will ship out your product within 24 hours of you submitting your order but Dodds does every time! They are wonderful. I have told my friends and family about them and they all love this site too. Definitely will be ordering from them a lot more in the future!

I’ve purchased from Dodds Shoes a half dozen times over the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience! Their prices are typically lower than most online retailers and when I’ve called customer service, I’ve received a helpful person on the other end of the phone.\t\n\t\nI’ve inspected my shoes and they are definitely good quality, new products. I did return one pair because they didn’t fit and I got a prompt refund with an email letting me know they credited my card. I sent them back within 30 days, so I don’t know what their policy would be if I were to send them back after that, but their site clearly says you have 30 days to return a product.\t\n\t\nSeveral other companies have longer return times, but I figure that a month is plenty long and I’d rather save some money!
