Awful experience with this company. Placed an order 4 weeks before the day i needed it and they failed to complete the correct invoice paper work so it was held up at customes. I then replaced an order and again got help up at customes. Useless customer service who just tried to explain that i can track my order… which i explained that the package hadn’t moved for a week. I ended up having to call the delivery company myself and explain to the customer service what happened as they couldnt work out how to use a phone.If you are ordering overseas look else where i have had 0/2 successfully delivered and all they do to help is ask if i wanted another one sent… not worth the money for the hassle

At all cost do not order from Steve Madden Europe its a disgusting unpleasant service.I ordered my Maxilla blush shoes on the 13th of July 21 I had to return them as they were to small. I used the address as stated on the invoice, the shoes have just returned to sender in London today 1/09/21. The address was not correct. I actually thought I had lost the shoes to get my money back. I had bought another pair in UK. Caprice from customer service in the Netherlands is useless she said I can return them to Shepherds Bush white city I called them today they have nothin to do with the Netherlands store. So now Im faced with the decision of sending them back again its taken almost 2 months with no support from the customer service .

Worst Customer Service Do Not Purchase
I will start with DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE DIRECTLY. I had ordered a few pairs of shoes to try as I had an event to go to. The delivery and all was good however the sizing wasn’t even though I had sized up and so I had to return the items. I used my own postage service as the return costs are to be taken by the customer. When the parcel reached Netherlands it required customs to be paid and it was a huge amount. So the company told me to request for the parcel to be sent back to me and they would issue a returns label. I did and again repacked and sent it back with their returns label, it’s been 20+ days now since I returned and UPS keeps saying the parcel will be delivered tomorrow but it been days now and I have quite a chunk of money stuck in that. AGAIN I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM UK RESELLERS AS THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM.

White Thick Wedged Trainer Shoe
I bought some white thick wedged trainer shoes from John Lewis 18 months ago and now having to throw them out. I only wear them in the summer and not every day. The inner sole has collapsed so they feel bumpy to wear and uncomfortable. Without a doubt they are poorly made and would not choose Steve Madden again. I love the design of the shoe but bad quality that do not last long. They were expensive to buy and not worth the price. This Company Are An Utter Joke
This company are an utter joke !! To say Im livid would be an u understatement !!I waited 3 weeks to receive the trainers I bought my wife to then be charged £20 to send them back , and to top it all off I was lied to twice by two different Steve Madden representatives telling me my tracked parcel hadnt been received when in actual fact they had been signed for by Steve Maddens warehouse 3 days prior to me speaking to them. They still proceeded to tell me they hadnt been checked in. Its now 8 weeks since they have been sent back and signed for by Steve Madden and they have just today processed my refund so all in all its cost me £18 for a total mind f*** and lots of wasted time !! Do not buy , they are the worst company I have ever dealt with !!
