Fab Trainers But Still Awaiting Refund
Ordered the wrong size and had to send back. They have been received but still awaiting a refund. In the meantime ordered the right size which I have received. Love the trainers but saved up to buy them and can’t afford not to receive the refund ASAP. Kindly expedite this as I see others have had an issue receiving theirs. Then that person are receiving the two pairs of shoes back. If you are not in the Netherlands and you buy from another country, I recommend that Donât do it, I contacted Steve Madden in Canada, they told me that I should only contact Steve Madden Europe, they tried and tried to communicate but is not answer. Dont buy in this company. They dont answer never. And so complicated to return the shoes.

This Morning I Ordered A Pair Of Over
This morning I ordered a pair of over knee boots in size uk 8. Then when I received my confirmation of order it said size uk 3, I emailed customer services immediately to let them know of the error, I received an automated response that didnt answer my questions. So I emailed again and same automated message was sent. The next one I received off them was to say my money had been received and that my order was shipped. Still in a size 3! Im so disappointed and there customer care is shocking. So now I will have to wait for it to arrive only to send it back again, lucky I paid through pay pal and I wont let this go without a resolve, I know 100 percent I ordered my actual size, so beware when ordering from this sight people.

Id give zero stars if I could. Honestly the worst company Ive ever encountered!I ordered a pair of lavender possession trainers which arrived ripped. I sent them back at my own expense it took two weeks and lots of chasing to eventually get the refund. And I ordered another pairWhen they arrived they were black not lavender?! Again I returned them at my expense and had another two week wait for my money back.Stupidly I decided to give them a third chance and ordered again and guess what I received? A black pair again! So ridiculous! I refused to pay to return them a third time and threatened trading standards which then prompted them to arrange DPD Courier collection.Again my refund took ages and I had to chase for it several times, each time they said oh sorry there was an error processing.
