Ordered an item on 18th June and payed £10 extra for the next day delivery, order still hadnt arrived by the 22nd so I chased them.Received an email on 30th saying that my item had been delivered.. only for them to have sent the incorrect item!I contacted their customer services who told me that in order to receive a refund I had to go to my nearest Hermes parcel shop and return the incorrect item, and send them images of the incorrect item, incorrect invoice and proof of return postage. Sent all of this to them and they said that once they have received the item from Hermes I would get my refund. This was shocking in my opinion as they were the ones who made the mistake in the first place, but as if that was bad enough, it actually gets worse!I received nothing more from them so sent numerous chase emails. Finally received one of 10th AUGUST saying that they had refunded the postage! I replied asking where my £70 refund for my item was and they then told me that I had to fill out a declaration of missing items in order to receive a refund!I sent this to them and its now the 25th August and guess what?
