If I could give a zero I would. Placed an order for my sons 24th birthday. Ordered 4 weeks in advance as it would normally never take more than 2 weeks to deliver based on all other orders placed previously. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and like many other comments on here, a supervisor is never available and I will get a call back in 24 hours. What is it with Nike. Probably the biggest name in sportswear and trainers. In the past week I have had to send back 3 pairs out of five trainers due to faults. 1 pair directly from Nike and the other 2 pairs from sneakers n stuff. The pair from Nike had a ripped tongue and the other pairs fromSns had glue and marks all over the fronts. Surely Nike has a quality inspection they must pass also the other retailers that sell Nike products would/should have a quality inspection of there own. Either way they was passed as quality goods when I have seen Dunlop,gola and Lonsdale trainers made better than this. I have been wearing Nike since 1980 and the quality over the years has and is going downhill. Sort it out Nike you have enough of peoples money to do so!!!

On July 1st I ordered two pairs of cleats for my son. It is his first year playing college football. He spent his own money from his grad party a total of $298. It is 09/14/2021 and we have no cleats and no answers. I have called over 20 times, I try to chat online at least once a week and they say I must call. When I call no supervisors are ever available the reps do not speak clear English and all they tell me is my case has been escalated and a supervisor will contact me tomorrow I have heard that for 2 months and not once has a supervisor contacted me. I have tried to cancel my order and obtain a refund they stated I can not due to the order being placed. I am so out done with Nike to have an athlete that receives a scholarship to play college ball and he can’t even get the cleats he PAID for and no answers as to where they are or when he will receive them is absolutely obscured. To be such a large company and to just take away from a college athlete is just mind blowing NEVER will myself nor any of my patients order from nike.com again! Please pray my college athlete at least gets his cleats before his season is over!

I Purchased A Pair Of Vapormax Trainers
I purchased a pair of VaporMax trainers which have a slightly higher than normal sole. While wearing them I jumped down from a chair which was 2 feet high. Due to the sole height I landed on the side of the trainer and totally twisted my ankle forcing me to be off work for over a month . Nike offered me a measly £100. When I tried to take the matter further their insurance company just fobbed me off with a threat of any further action will be vigorously defended in court! This accident was totally down to the design of the trainer. The trainer was not faulty but the design caused the accident without doubt. If I had a paid off cheap trainers on then this would never had happened. STEER CLEAR OF NIKE VAPORMAX! Plus just read the reviews for Nike on here. They truly treat customers like crap and dont care at all about them. Funny as their shoes cost virtually nothing to make yet they sell them for upwards of £200.00!

Ordered custom football kleats on July 9th 2021made several calls and live chats with several different reps and each of these reps were clueless. Called at different times and spoke to different reps and I Was told 3 different locations where their factory is located atHong Kong, Vietnam and Memphis. WOWMy order was placed on July 9thits now almost 3 months and still have not gotten thembut the latest deliver date they told me today is November 225 months. When asked for a refund , they said they cannot cause they already made the shoesbut why has it not been shipped? Please do not order from Nike!!!! I would not recommend it! Here you can even send in sneakers that are already two years old! This is pretty awesome! However, you should always describe exactly what is broken or where the problem is with the sneaker.
Nike is usually very accommodating in that respect.
What If I Lost My Receipt
If you dont have your receipt you still have options, especially if items are not worn or laundered.
Just bring them back and youll get store credit for the current selling price.

Processed The Same Transaction For One
Processed the same transaction for one order twice. Did not send bank authorization for the second transaction. Contacted customer service and was told I would have the send the item back, can’t recall and can’t refund despite error being at their end, which they acknowledged as being the case. Was told matter was being escalated and I would be contacted. One week later no follow up, contacted again and had to explain all over again, this time I was told a courier would be sent to pick up the item. Then the agent told me they can’t actually do that after all, and then abruptly ended the chat rather than deal with the problem. Gave up at that point. Long story short if you like Nike products don’t buy direct, awful service.
