Absolutely terrible customer service!I placed a order on December 6, 2021. After sending several emails to customer support and be given no straight forward answer to my question “can I please be given an update on my order status””has my order shipped” or “will I even receive my order in time for Christmas?” Even tho I ordered in plenty of time to receive my order by Christmas… I was emailed on December 22nd and told my item was out of stock. Something I should have been emailed about long before 2 days before Christmas!
