Beaches Resorts as a brand is always evolving and changing. It is great to see it as a leading setting the trend for others hotel chains when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. The platinum protocols of cleanliness was very impressive. The whole resort was super clean and the staff were all attentive and happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Information about the protocols were in our room on arrival and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. I would definitely advise using the Sandals Loop, a great online tool. There are also QR codes on all of the menus should you wish to view the details on your phone. We all had a blast at the Pirates Island Waterpark and really enjoyed the food trucks offering mac and cheese and frozen yoghurt.

Weve never seen anything like this at any all-inclusive resorts before! Curls & Swirls is a food truck thats parked right outside the waterpark at Beaches TCI. They serve some of the tastiest frozen treats, which is much needed after a hot day sliding down water slides or floating down the lazy river.
They have ice cream, milkshakes, and frozen yogurt. Grab it to go or sit outside on one of the cute colorful picnic tables to enjoy your treat before heading back to the park.

We LOVE Beaches Turks & Caicos! There’s so much to do! The watersports are a must here, be sure to sign up for the snorkeling trip, take the paddle boards out, and partake in all the other fun watersports.
-You can take snorkel gear out from the watersports desk, and walk down the beach a bit and snorkel right off the beach at a protected reef. We’ve seen turtles there before and lots of neat fish!
-There’s always activities going on in Kids Camp for all ages, and fun and games with the playmakers around the resort daily as well.
-If you want an adults only dinner, you can check the kids into Kids Camp- they’ll even take them to dinner for you!

The staffs warm, friendly Caribbean smiles were hidden under their masks but the badges of their full faces made up for it! We had already completed check-in on the Beaches.co.uk website so we didnt need to complete anything on the iPads on arrival. We were just handed our keys and escorted to our rom, after our welcome glass of champagne, of course!

Travelling During A Pandemic Could Be Quite Nerve
We stayed overnight at London Gatwick the night before we flew. The South Terminal is still closed but we did transit though there to get to North Terminal so that was fine and we didnt experience any issues. If anything, the whole experience was better as it was not as busy at the airport. The same goes for the check-in process. As long as you have all your documents to hand it is seamless. We booked the No.1 Lounge and received a warm friendly welcome from the staff before being escorted to a quiet area, by Mike, our server. There was only one thing on the menu, a full English breakfast, so it had to be done!
When our flight was called, everyone at the gate was professional and made boarding in small groups manageable. The idea of wearing a mask for 11-hours was challenging but Id recommend changing masks regularly and making sure that they arent too tight. I can still remember the feeling of excitement as we stepped off the plane in Turks. The warm breeze was just amazing. When you disembark the aircraft, make sure you have all your printed forms at hand as they will be checked before going through security and customs. A member of staff was on hand quickly to assist us and our name was on the list for the Beaches Turks & Caicos taxi transfer. The driver and staff were polite, courteous and professional, and they all had masks on.
Is The Premium Status Worth It
The Beaches resorts have three levels of offerings. We found the volume of statues a little confusing. The base offering is the Beaches Luxury category and a really strong option. Concierge and Butler Elite. There is also a 4th level called Together Nest suites, but we didnt include this as we could see no difference between this status and the Butler elite. The other two levels are.
An important thing to note is that in all rooms in the Italian or Key West village the rooms are concierge level or higher.
Concierge Level
There are a few additional benefits that you get with Concierge status. The standout for us was the private check-in area. Although we never really saw any major queues at check-in. Having a lounge where you can check in sit down and have a drink throughout the process, Is a nice touch. You also get access to this lounge throughout your stay. Other than that Concierge-level didnt really offer anything else that we saw a huge amount of value in, so our recommendation is to give it a miss.
Butler Elite
What makes these suites stand out is the Butler service that is on offer to guests. The level of suites is only really available in the most premium rooms, so if your book one of the two-bedroom suites or villas, it will probably come standard.

Pack Honeymoon Essentials And Valuable Items In Your Carry
Pack any valuable items such as prescription medication, jewelry, electronics with you in your carry on. In case your bag doesnt make your connecting flight, you may want to pack a swimsuit and other necessities you would need to hold you over for a bit, in your carry on.. Weve had it happen, where our bags made it a day later and we were so thankful we packed our toothbrushes, swimsuits, cover up, and some flip flops! There is also a gift shop on each resort where you can purchase some items you may need as well
