What Is A Drop
Weve referred to a drop many times in the guide above. A heel-to-toe drop is a difference in height between the heel and toe. 4mm is a small difference, for quite flat shoes, while 8mm is a significantly larger difference implying the heel is raised higher.

Crossfit Shoes Vs Cross
There is a lot of crossover between cross-training shoes and CrossFit shoes. In my opinion, any review site that says differently doesnt know what theyre talking about or actually train in the shoes theyre discussing for CrossFit workouts.
