We were VERY disappointed in the quality! The first time my 12 year old daughter wore them , they developed a hole in the front of the shoe. The second time, it began developing on the other shoe as well. For the price and previous reviews, I expected more. I immediately contacted them after she wore them the first time, sending a picture. They asked for all kinds of other photos, and said it was not covered by their warranty. Well I’m sorry, but I do expect them NOT to get a hole in the first day. I don’t think she has EVER worn her shoes so bad they have gotten a hole. I will not recommend this company to anyone now will we ever purchase from them again.

Why Am I Not Important
I ordered a pair of shoes on September 10,2021. I received a notice from Pay Pal that I was charged. On September 15, I reached out to customer service to see what was going on since I hadn’t received a word about my order. I was asked about my invoice ID, I sent the number and was told it wasn’t the right one. I gave all my info and transaction ID, shipping info and phone number. At this point, I was ignored for an hour and a half. I reached out a few times, but nothing. Not sure what to do next. I cannot find a number to call. I will not let them keep the money I paid. I sure was excited about those shoes! Just a dream I guess.

I really love my Hey Dude shoes, they are very comfortable. However, their customer service is awful. I ordered my husband 2 pairs of shoes on June 4th for Father’s Day. I wanted to make sure I ordered them soon enough that I would have them by Father’s Day. Since Covid shipping generally takes longer. I received the package in a timely manner and gave them to my husband on Father’s Day. They didn’t work out. I didn’t created a user name or password so I went out the website to see how to return them. I attempted 2 times to instant message about returning them with no response however on the site they said they would respond to my messages via e-mail, still nothing. After a few days I realized they weren’t going to message me so I sent them an email message explaining my situation. THEY REFUSE TO BUDGE ON THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY! I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this is just unacceptable. First, 30 days isn’t much time to make the decision when you buy a gift for someone! Second, make it easier to return stuff if you are going to have this ridiculous return policy. Lastly, learn how to treat customers right and they will return! I will never purchase a pair of Hey Dude shoes again, return policy is ridiculous.

Yet another customer who did not recieve what they ordered. They have zero customer support. If the item ordered was not recieved instead of offering a refund or sending another pair they tell you to contact your financial institution. This company tales ZERO responsibility once the item is shipped. Fed Ex report states they dropped the package at “the side door” we dont have a side door and we were home all day. My son saved his money for these shoes. This was his first online purchase ever. Very Dissatisfied With The Quality Of
Very dissatisfied with the quality of fabric. Being only 2 months into owning my first pair, the blue part of fabric on the back of the shoe had already started fading from the original blue color to pink. Yes, it’s literally days past the warranty but if anything, this displays anything it’s the low quality of fabric they use. There’s a reason there is only a 60 day warranty. And if this isn’t common, at least stand behind your product. Edit:I also had reached to Hey Dudes and they declined to offer anything other than an apology.

Couldn’t Walk A Mile In My Shoes
I ordered the a few pairs of shoes from HeyDudes using Amazon Pay 04/20/2021… and as of 08/25/2021, I have still not received shoes, a refund, a follow-up email, nor a call. I cannot believe Amazon is allowing this to continue to happen, and that HeyDudes continues to have an operating website, when they fail to provide products and services when payment has been rendered. Next steps? Class action maybe?

Durability Issues Disappointed In Quality Control
We purchased our son’s Hey Dudes from Scheel’s order number 24846299 that arrived August 13th. My son loves these shoes and he has wore them about twice a week since purchase. After about 2 weeks the hey dudes began to fray on both shoes. I was able to trim the treads but they still are fraying a bit. There are no holes yet but just yesterday the insole in one of the shoes came apart. I expected the Hey Dudes to hold up longer than a month with minimal wear and the cost for a kids shoe size. I emailed Scheel’s customer service and they said they would have replaced them but they are out of stock. Hey Dudes reached out to us, and once I contacted them they referred me back to retailer and said unless you buy them on Hey Dudes website they won’t accept returns/exchanges. Just another company who manufactures their shoes in sweat shops charges 3x what they are worth and doesn’t care about customer service. They didn’t even offer new insoles. Stay away from this company!
