I recall for Christmas 2021, I was hunting high and low for a pair for my husband. I couldnt find them anywhere! And every store I went into, all I heard were people asking for Hey Dude shoes and if they were available. Ninety-five percent of the time, it was followed up with a nope.
These shoes are something everyone can love. They are made of sustainable materials, theyre super comfortable, and theyre stylish. The classic style slips on, and you dont have to tie them. In 2021, Crocs purchased the Hey Dude shoe brand. With such a big company owning them now, I hope well see a better inventory flow this holiday season.

I really love my Hey Dude shoes, they are very comfortable. However, their customer service is awful. I ordered my husband 2 pairs of shoes on June 4th for Fathers Day. I wanted to make sure I ordered them soon enough that I would have them by Fathers Day. Since Covid shipping generally takes longer. I received the package in a timely manner and gave them to my husband on Fathers Day. They didnt work out. I didnt created a user name or password so I went out the website to see how to return them. I attempted 2 times to instant message about returning them with no response however on the site they said they would respond to my messages via e-mail, still nothing. After a few days I realized they werent going to message me so I sent them an email message explaining my situation. THEY REFUSE TO BUDGE ON THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY! Ive worked in customer service my whole life and this is just unacceptable. First, 30 days isnt much time to make the decision when you buy a gift for someone! Second, make it easier to return stuff if you are going to have this ridiculous return policy. Lastly, learn how to treat customers right and they will return! I will never purchase a pair of Hey Dude shoes again, return policy is ridiculous.

Durability Issues Disappointed In Quality Control
We purchased our sons Hey Dudes from Scheels order number 24846299 that arrived August 13th. My son loves these shoes and he has wore them about twice a week since purchase. After about 2 weeks the hey dudes began to fray on both shoes. I was able to trim the treads but they still are fraying a bit. There are no holes yet but just yesterday the insole in one of the shoes came apart. I expected the Hey Dudes to hold up longer than a month with minimal wear and the cost for a kids shoe size. I emailed Scheels customer service and they said they would have replaced them but they are out of stock. Hey Dudes reached out to us, and once I contacted them they referred me back to retailer and said unless you buy them on Hey Dudes website they wont accept returns/exchanges. Just another company who manufactures their shoes in sweat shops charges 3x what they are worth and doesnt care about customer service. They didnt even offer new insoles. Stay away from this company!

Yet Another Customer Who Did Not
Yet another customer who did not recieve what they ordered. They have zero customer support. If the item ordered was not recieved instead of offering a refund or sending another pair they tell you to contact your financial institution. This company tales ZERO responsibility once the item is shipped. Fed Ex report states they dropped the package at the side door we dont have a side door and we were home all day. My son saved his money for these shoes. This was his first online purchase ever. Now instead of being able to access his money or wear the shoes he worked hard to purchase, he has to duspute the charges at the bank. DO NOT ORDER READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT ORDERS NOT RECIEVED. We Were Very Disappointed In The
We were VERY disappointed in the quality! The first time my 12 year old daughter wore them , they developed a hole in the front of the shoe. The second time, it began developing on the other shoe as well. For the price and previous reviews, I expected more. I immediately contacted them after she wore them the first time, sending a picture. They asked for all kinds of other photos, and said it was not covered by their warranty. Well Im sorry, but I do expect them NOT to get a hole in the first day. I dont think she has EVER worn her shoes so bad they have gotten a hole. I will not recommend this company to anyone now will we ever purchase from them again.

On Aug 31 the tracking shows Aug 20:EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTERI decided to order the shoes from another vendor, and return the HeyDude shipment, should it ever arrive.Sept 3: Nothing has changed.
