Never received the item. Fed ex delivered to an unknown place . It took back and forth emails for Kurt Geiger customer service to refund me my money as I was out of money and merchandise. The fit was perfect and the shoes are SO BEAUTIFUL. I am not sure that I have ever worn a more comfortable heel. However, the person who tried these on previously had stuffed them back in the box in terrible positions so, when I opened the box, I found that the shoes were horribly bent from being smashed into the box for so long . I 100% would have kept these if they were not damaged at arrival.
