Personally we like Skechers shoes for quality which we usually buy at an outlet store, at Costco, or on eBay but there are of course a lot of good quality brands out there. While most of the best online shoe stores offer at least a 28-day refund policy on all items, we find that the terms of these policies vary wildly. You may be wondering what your rights are, as a consumer, and the answer is that it varies per state.
